Fund set up for families of apartment fire victims in Sioux Falls

Posted: Updated:

A fund has been established for the families of a woman and a child who were killed in an apartment fire Tuesday morning.

Sulmi Guerra Sandoval, 29, died after saving three children from the burning building. She was killed when she went back to save 2-year-old Eli Galicia.

You can donate to the families in one of two places, CorTrust Bank at 2101 S. Minnesota Avenue or at 1605 W. 51st Street which is Calvary Chapel.

Ask for the fire victims fund to donate. You can also specify between which family you would like to donate to or you can donate to a fund that will be split between both families.
