Construction starts on I-90 and Cliff Avenue Interchange in Sioux Falls
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – On Monday, April 8, work will begin on the Interstate 90 and Cliff Avenue interchange project in Sioux Falls, according to the South Dakota Department of Transportation.
Restrictions in eastbound lanes of I-90 will allow workers to install guardrail and make temporary concrete repairs.
Cliff Avenue interchange ramp traffic will be maintained, but the width of the ramps will be narrower during the construction.
Motorists can expect merging and suddenly slowing traffic and should be aware of construction equipment and workers.
The work is part of the $17. 4 million Interstate 90 and Cliff Avenue interchange project, which has an interim completion date of Nov. 8. The prime contractor is T & S Contracting, Inc. of Sioux Falls.
