Study: Walking as effective as running for health

 If running isn't your thing because of the speed and the intensity....then don't rule out simple walking.

 Researchers say studies show people who run and people who walk show the same positive effects when it comes to reducing the risk of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and heart disease.
