This Sunday you can help support a great organization in Sioux Falls and eat some tasty treats. The folks at Active Generations are hosting the 12th annual Gourmet Guys event.
The event raises money to support activities and programs for older adults who need help and for those who strive to stay healthy, productive and active.
Gourmet Guys features dozens of prominent men from the Sioux Falls area, including sports figures, media personalities, doctors and business owners. They will dish up their own culinary creations including "The Feeling's Mutual Cabbage Crunch", "B- 52 Jell-O Bombs", and "Charlie Brown Pie".
Jim Mathis from ADwerks brought his own creation of "Bloody Mary Bites" for Shawn and Rachel to try on the KSFY Morning News.
What: Gourmet Guys Appetizers, salads, entrees, side dishes and desserts will fill the menu for the evening. Complimentary beverages, beer and wine are included. Casual dress. The Prickly Pears will perform. The cost is $35.00 per person in advance, and a limited number will be available at the door for $40.00 per person. Tickets are available now by calling 336-6722.
