The way that Terrance Bryant has performed for the Sioux Falls Storm, you can tell he didn't spend the past two years away from football, sitting on the couch...
"I will always stay in shape. Even when I'm 50 to 60 years old, I'll be the most in shape 50-60 year old in America." says Bryant.
"That was part of the deal, he had to come in here in shape. And he was, Terrance looks great, he's stayed very fit and his arm has always been strong." says head coach Kurtiss Riggs.
Bryant has thrown eight touchdown passes in those three wins. It hasn't taken long for the 36-year old to get back in a groove, and he may be better in some ways now.
"He's more intelligent. Sometimes when you are away from the game and watch you take more in and learn the X's and O's more." says Riggs.
"I'm definitely wiser, I know more things than when I was young. I've become more of a student of the game, I just want to teach and do what i've been doing my whole life." says Bryant.
During his six seasons with the Storm, from 2005-to-10 he set about every franchise passing record and lead the team to four championships. He wants to add one for the thumb.
"I didn't come back to just win games, I came back for another championship. I didn't come back just to play, I want to win it all." says Bryant.
