Two teens missing from Watertown area found in Milwaukee
Two Watertown-area teens were found in Wisconsin after being missing for about a week.
Watertown Police Department Detective Sergeant Troy VanDusen tells KWAT Radio that Hanna Foley, 15, of Clear Lake, and Isaac Schuler, 15, of Watertown were found in Milwaukee.
"The information is shared nationally whenever we have a runaway or a missing person," Van Dusen told KWAT Radio. "Law enforcement picked up they were missing out of Watertown and the Clear Lake area and took them into custody."
VanDusen told KWAT police were able to find the teens after one of them contacted a parent. Police were then able trace the call back to the Milwaukee area.
"They were located by law enforcement in Wisconsin early this morning, so they are currently in custody and waiting arrival of their parents who will return them back to the state of South Dakota," VanDusen told KWAT Radio.
VanDusen said there are not going to be any charges stemming from the case.
