Loge Boxes for Denny Sanford PREMIER Center sold out
The City of Sioux Falls has announced that loge boxes for the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center are sold out.
City officials and marketing officials for the events center made the announcement in a press conference Thursday morning. The loge boxes went on sale April 24 at noon.
"The level of community support for this facility, including the incredible demand for the premium seating products that we've sold to date, has just been remarkable. What's truly exciting, however, is the fact that we are just getting started in terms of the opportunities yet to come in our new events center," Darrin Smith, Director of Community Development for the City of Sioux Falls, said in a news release.
16 private loge boxes were offered for sale. The three types of boxes were priced at $24,500, $18,500 and $12,500 per year, respectively, and are available for 5, 7 or 10-year terms.
The loge boxes at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center can be accessed starting with VIP parking and an elevator to exclusive seating.
Each box features upscale seating, a flat screen television, high-top table with bar stools, a food and beverage counter and a Loge Box attendant.
Loge box holders have access to private restrooms located on the premium level as well as the private buffet and lounge near them on the West end.
"Just like with the suites, the excitement we saw for the loge boxes really spoke to the demand for a top-notch, multipurpose facility in this region," Ryan Querry, General Manager of Sales & Marketing with Legends Sales & Marketing, said in a news release. "We're eager to continue rolling out other unprecedented opportunities for the people of Sioux Falls and the surrounding area."
