The parade line-up starts at 7:30a.m. Children are also invited to decorate and ride their bikes in the parade. Line-up for kids begin at 9:30a.m. at the corner of 13th St. and Main Ave. No pre-registration is necessary for kids to ride in the parade. The parade starts at 10:00a.m. on the holiday, and will be followed by a free picnic at falls park at 11:00a.m.
