SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - A man accused of fatally shooting his uncle and wounding another relative on South Dakota's Yankton Indian Reservation has reached a plea agreement with prosecutors.

Court documents show that 24-year-old Dancing Bull Fischer has agreed to plead guilty to second-degree murder and assault with the intent to commit murder.

A count of discharging a firearm during a crime of violence will be dismissed. Prosecutors also have agreed to recommend that the sentences on the other two charges be served at the same time.

A plea hearing is scheduled Wednesday in federal court in Sioux Falls.

Fischer is accused of using an assault rifle to kill 47-year-old Tony Fischer Sr. and wound Dominic Fischer at a mobile home near Marty last Nov. 7.
