SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - A Wagner man has pleaded guilty to fatally shooting his uncle and wounding another relative on the Yankton Indian Reservation in South Dakota.

U.S. Attorney Brendon Johnson says 24-year-old Dancing Bull Fischer faces up to life in prison when he is sentenced Sept. 23 on charges of second-degree murder and assault with the intent to commit murder.

Authorities say Fischer shot and killed 47-year-old Anthony Fischer Jr. and wounded Dominic Fischer during a house party near Marty last Nov. 27.
