Billion Automotive saw significant damage to the nearly 4,000 cars on the lot at the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds, during Saturday's storm.
The dealership, busy with Labor Day sales, had cars that fell victim to the storm damage, some more than others.
Around 50 cars were taken from the lot with damage to windows and windshields.
We caught up with G.M. Todd Jacobson who says while he hasn't seen hail like this in several years, it's an act of nature and a risk the dealership takes leaving cars out in the open for its customers.
"I had no idea what to expect, I live a little south of here and had hail at my own home. I knew we'd have some damage. You never know until the sun comes up what you have, we sure were surprised when we got here this morning. We've got people from the body shop, insurance companies already in action, trying to figure out what to do and move on with life," Todd Jacobson said.
Jacobson added this hail damage creates an opportunity for anyone in the market to buy a car can now take advantage of good deals following the storm.
