Homicide Suspect Andrew Dikken in Custody

The Yellow Medicine, Minnesota Sheriff's Office confirms to KSFY News that Andrew Dikken is in custody tonight.

Dikken was wanted in the double homicide of his ex-girlfriend Kara Monson and her current boyfriend Christopher Panitzke.  The pair were found Monday, September 2 in Monson's home with gunshot wounds.

Monson died at the scene.  Panitzke died days later in a Minneapolis hospital.

The circumstances surrounding Dikken's capture remain unclear, but expect updates from KSFY News as information becomes available.
