The standoff kept on-looking neighbors on edge, but the sheriff
says everything ended without incident.
"You know, we're very satisfied that we were able to get people in
and out early enough that they can get back to their normal lives," said Minnehaha
County Sheriff Mike Milstead.
Neuroth is being charged with two counts of burglary in the first aggravated
assault and has an outstanding warrant for his arrest on an unrelated charge.
