Photos: Police searching for casino robbery suspects

An area casino was robbed at gunpoint Monday morning, police said in a news release.

At approximately 1:50 a.m. police responded to Deuces Casino, 1912 W. 41st St., for a robbery. They discovered that two males, one armed with a semi-automatic pistol, entered the casino and took money from the clerk at gunpoint. A third male acted as a lookout at the casino's entrance, police said.

All the suspects fled on foot to the north through the casino parking lot. No one was injured during the incident and the amount of money taken was not disclosed.

The first two suspects were described as white males, between 18 and 22 years of age, 5-foot-10-inches and 150 pounds. One was wearing a white bandana over his face, a grey hooded sweatshirt under a black coat, a red or orange T-shirt, grey sweat pants and black tennis shoes. He was armed with a semi-automatic pistol. The other man inside was wearing a black bandana over his face, had black hair, a black coat and black baggy shorts, police said.

The suspect who kept watch was a man of unknown race or age who was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, white T-shirt, black baggy shorts and white tennis shoes.
