In honor of Breast
Cancer Awareness month, the Empire Mall will be hosting the second annual Paint
the Mall Pink event on Saturday.
This will be the first
event at the mall's new center court where Cinnabon and Great American Cookie
used to be; the goal of hosting the breast cancer event in the new center court
is to try and reach as many people as possible while they're making their way
through the mall.

good place for us to show support for these types of disease that really do
affect all of us," said Jennifer Morrison, the Director of Marketing &
Business Development at the Empire Mall.

some life-saving information about breast cancer screenings.

be at the Paint the Mall Pink event Saturday, including a genetics expert with
new information for woman who may be more at risk for the disease.
Event begins at 10:00a.m. Saturday and goes until 2:00p.m. There will be a survivor's
fashion show, performances from Augustana's Dance team, live entertainment,
canvas paintings and much more.

chance to sign up for the chance to win an Empire Mall shopping spree.
