Blues, gospel and soul music that will literally lift you out of your seat: B102.7's Crash simply can't wait to see the Blues Brothers Revue."It's the old Blues Brothers skits from SNL come to life on the big stage at the Pavilion," he said. "It's going to be a ball."Crash's affection for Blues Brothers goes back a few decades."I had Briefcase Full of Blues on vinyl, and played the heck out of it in 1978," he said. That's why giving away tickets to this Friday's show has been such a joy. While most would say 'Soul Man' is their favorite Blues Brothers song, Crash has a different request."I want to see how well they can do Rubber Biscuit," he said. "Danny Akroyd used to crack me up with that song." Despite dating back to the 70s, Crash says the Blues Brothers Show remains relevant because it's funny and the music is timeless.
