ABC -- According to court documents, the man being held in an Iowa jail as an Accessory in the death of Adrian Rojas-Hernandez helped try to cover up the murder.
The documents allege that after witnessing Martin Castellanos, 20, shoot the victim in the head, Ricardo Jaime Vital, 22, pulled a car around to the front of a house at 1420 W. 15th Street, Sioux City, Iowa, so that Castellanos could get rid of the body.
Vital then allegedly cleaned up the blood and other evidence of the crime at the residence before disposing of the bloody clothing, bedding and other evidence in a trash can that he placed by the curb to be picked up by trash collectors.
