Sioux Falls marketing agency rebrands with 'epic' name change
Local marketing agency Epic Multimedia announced a rebranding, which includes a new name and website.
The new name -- Epicosity -- retains the legacy of the original agency name, while adding a simple suffix that translate to meaning a state of epicness, the company said.
In the past year, Epicosity has more than doubled in size and employees. Fueling the growth is new international business and clients in key industries including the shooting, hunting and outdoor industry along with agriculture, education, healthcare, finance and manufacturing.
"There are a number of good reasons to rebrand your company," Eric Sivertsen, Epicosity co-founder and CEO, said. "For us, it was the name Epic Multimedia no longer fit who we have grown into as an agency. Over the last year we have added deep levels of experience to the agency in the areas of graphic design, web development, digital storytelling and public relations to better serve our clients."
Epicosity currently provides a full suite of marketing services including strategy, branding, advertising, web development, social media, video, media placement, direct, email, content marketing, public relations and public affairs.
"The impetus to rebrand was really crystallized by the branding and rebranding work we've done for our clients and following our own advice," co-founder and CMO, Justin Smorawske, said. "This really is a culmination of months of effort to align our brand with what we do, our commitment to our clients and our expanded expertise."
The agency is the product of an entrepreneurial vision formed by co-founders Sivertsen and Smorawske while they were officers of Students in Free Enterprise at The University of South Dakota.
Epicosity has clients in three countries and 17 states. Visit the new website for more details on the rebranding.
