Sioux Falls convenience store robbed at gunpoint

A Sioux Falls convenience store was robbed at gun point Tuesday morning.

Police say two men entered the Kum & Go near the intersection of 26th St. and Alpine Ave. shortly before 6:00 a.m. One suspect was armed with a black semiautomatic hand gun.

They took an undisclosed amount of money from the convenience store before running Southbound on Alpine.

The first suspect was a white man, about 5'5" tall, average build, wearing a dark blue coat with the hood up. The second suspect was described as a white man weight about 170 pounds, wearing a blue and black plaid coat and white pants and a white cap.
