Corinna Robinson, who is the democratic candidate for the U.S. House, made a visit in Aberdeen this afternoon to introduce herself to the public.
Robinson will be running against Rep. Kristi Noem, and she is certain she will be a better fit for South Dakota people. She made it known that the people of South Dakota are her concern even if an issue is not favored by democrats.
"I spent thirty years in department of defense, so it's already inherently part of my nature to not look at the partisan politics," she said.
The Rapid City native spent 25 years in the military, and most recently worked with the Pentagon Force Protection Agency in Washington D.C.
She will be visiting the capitol tomorrow morning at 8, and then will head to Rapid City where she will be at the VFW at five-thirty.
