Pavilion Spotlight: RAIN: A Tribute to the Beatles
For many of us the lyrics are familiar. But, you wouldn't think an eight and ten-year-old would know them.
"We all live in a yellow submarine, a yellow submarine," sing Jacob and Simon Van Buskirk.
The boys are Beatles fans just like their mom and dad.
"It's really all different kinds of music that you can truly get out of the Beatles. Some people say oh it's so old. It's back in the 60s. Well, I don't think it's ever old," said mom Shannon Van Buskirk.
Thursday night the Van Buskirks will be at the Washington Pavilion watching RAIN: A Tribute to the Beatles.
"I just like their music and how it sounds," said Jacob.
Dubbed "the next best thing to seeing the Beatles" the Van Buskirks will be singing right along.
"They just bellow it out and it makes me happy," said Shannon.
