Some brave souls took on the Big Sioux Ice Bowl Charity Disc Golf Tournament, Sunday afternoon. More than 40 participants spent the morning at the Big Sioux Recreation Area in Brandon with a round of disc golf for a good cause. The event raises money and pounds of food for Brandon's food pantry.
It's part of a worldwide event that originated in Kansas back in 1987.

Last year, the group raised more than a quarter-million dollars and several thousand pounds of food worldwide.
