Posted: Updated:

The South Dakota Highway Patrol says two Sioux Falls teens are dead after a one car crash in Minnehaha County.

The accident happened just after midnight Sunday, near the intersection of 268th Street and 463rd Avenue.  That's near Wall Lake.

The Highway Patrol says Raphie Phan, 17, was driving a car south on 463rd Avenue toward 268th Street and lost control on a curve. The car entered the median and rolled.

Neither Phan nor a passenger, Amanda Rose Doty, 19, was wearing a seatbelt. Both were thrown from the vehicle and were dead at the scene.

The Highway Patrol is investigating.  Minnehaha County Sheriff's Office, Sioux Falls Police Department and Turner County Sheriff's Office assisted in the crash.
