Does It Work? WOW Cup

Posted: Updated:

If you have a toddler that loves to throw her Sippy cup on the floor from her high-chair this "As Seen on TV" product might do the trick. It's called the "WOW Cup" and they are so new they haven't even hit store shelves yet. Leave it to Nancy Naeve to get her hands on one, but is this spill free cup really WOW worthy?

You parents with small children or even maybe children who shouldn't be spilling know that sometimes cups do spill. But the WOW cup is supposed to be your wow factor. No spilling. Here's part of the commercial.

"The WOW cup is the new spill free drink system you can gulp, guzzle, or sip and it won't spill or drip. It's the winner of the prestigious Mom's Choice Award. It's easy! Just add a favorite beverage, attach the spill free lid and you're off. Then just drink anywhere along the rim just like a regular cup."

Jake Iversen and his lovely wife Tarah have volunteered their beautiful baby Mayah to help us test the WOW Cup. Now the secret is in this thing (the 360 degree drink lid). You have to suck kind of hard to get it out, but it doesn't spill. Oooh, we'll see what the baby thinks. Mayah do you want a drink? Oh yes. You get it.

Is it coming out? Is she getting any?

"Yeah, water," Tarah said.

Oh, you want to try this one too? A girl needs two cups.

"Which one? Take a drink. Here, I'll hold this one, Take a drink," Tarah said.

Is she getting anything?

"Uh huh, she is," Tarah said.

Do you love it?

"My water," Mayah said.

You're water. Do you want to throw it on the floor and drink the other one?

"Mayah try it again. It's dry! No water. Throw it again. Throw it. Yeah! Water spill, oh no. Did it spill? No spill. Yeah, "Jake, Tarah and Nancy all chime in. (It never spilled)

Cheers Mayah. Cheers. Clink clink. (She pulls her cup closer to her)  She loves me (I joke). I love it. It works!!! WOO High five! No? Ok! High Five Whoo!!!

You can buy them at www.wowcup.com. You can get 2 for $10, plus shipping and handling. And yes, they work like a charm. In fact, it's the cup most requested by 2 year old little Mayah Iversen.
