Downtown restaurant closed for months after flooding

It's been nearly two weeks since a water main ruptured in downtown Sioux Falls, but it could be two months before one business re-opens.

Most Phillips Avenue businesses re-opened that same day, but Touch of Europe remains closed.

Much of the restaurant's stock -- tables and chairs included -- were ruined during the flooding.

The restaurant's owner tells us mud caused most of the damage.
