It's a sure sign spring is here with temperatures climbing and sunny skies, for the weekend at least.
Saturday, the City of Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation department held its annual Healthy Living Day.
At the Morningside Community Center, local fitness and health experts came together to get people on track into a healthier lifestyle. The 4th annual event included sample exercise classes, health screenings and nutrition advice.
"Whether it's walking the dog, going to an aerobics class, finding an activity - asking friend or family member - find that activity you can do and stick with it," Healthy Community Specialist Mary Michaels said.
Michaels suggests doing at least 30 minutes of physical activity everyday to maintain and healthy lifestyle.
