Phillip Uhrich, 34, found someone broke his truck windows overnight on Saturday.

He thought he knew who was responsible, so he broke the windows out of that person's van.

Police didn't say if Uhrich's hunch was correct or not, but he now faces intentional damage to property charges.

Armed apartment robbery attempt

Three men wearing ski masks broke in to an apartment on S. Summit Avenue around 5 Sunday morning.

The couple and their child were all home, when the men broke in with guns. The suspects searched the apartment, but left without taking anything.
