Investigators continue working through the wreckage of a small airplane that crashed near Highmore, killing all four passengers on board.

The debris was scattered for several hundred feet in all directions around a damaged wind turbine, but is now collected and headed to Colorado for further investigation. NTSB investigator Jennifer Rodi says she’s trying to determine if the Piper hit one of the blades or if the blade came down on the aircraft.

Funeral arrangements and memorial funds are in place for all four crash victims.
