Love and Theft will help Make-A-Wish South Dakota celebrate 30 years

Make-A-Wish South Dakota is inviting a country music duo to to Sioux Falls this summer to help the organization celebrate it's 30th anniversary.

Love and Theft will perform at The District on Monday, July 21. The ACM, CMA, and CMT-nominated duo is made up of singer/songwriters Stephen Barker Liles and Eric Gunderson. They first hit the scene with their hit single, "Runaway." Their follow up, self-titled debut album from RCA Nashville, featured the award-winning duo's platinum #1 single "Angel Eyes," and breakout hits "If You Ever Get Lonely" and fan-favorite "Amen." Their new single, "Night That You'll Never Forget," is the first single from their new album due later this year.

The concert is part of Make-A-Wish's 14th Annual Golf Tournament at Minnehaha Country Club. Golf is $2,400 for a team of four or $600 a person. The fee includes 18 holes of golf, lunch and two tickets per golfer to the evening events. The scramble begins with registration at 11:00 a.m. at Minnehaha Country Club with a shotgun start at 11:30 a.m. To register for golf, call 335-8000. Limited space is available.

Tickets to the evening events at The District, which include a social beginning at 5:00 p.m., dinner, auction and music by Love and Theft are $75 a person. Tickets to the concert only, which will begin at 8:30 p.m., are $30 per person.
