A teenager faces felony charges for allegedly hacking and disabling communications at O’Gorman Catholic High School last week.

The 17-year-old was charged with Felony Intentional Damage to Property. Police say he broke into the school’s computer system around 7 a.m. on May 8 – shutting down internet and phone systems.

Public Information Officer Sam Clemens says the recovery costs were more than $1,000.
