Posted: Updated:
The South Dakota Highway Patrol has arrested the driver in a rollover crash that happened in Minnehaha County, early Monday morning.

State troopers responded to a scene near 282nd Street and 469th Avenue by Lennox and Worthing to find the sedan had rolled over in the ditch. Traces of blood were also found in the car.

Sergeant Steve Swenson with South Dakota Highway Patrol said they identified the driver as 30-year-old Albert Javers. He was arrested by police in Yankton Monday afternoon.

At the time of the accident, Javers had a warrant issued for his arrest out of Minnehaha Country. Swenson said Javers could now be facing additional charges for leaving the scene of the accident and failing to report an accident.
