Former Yankton student pleads guilty to bomb threat

A former student accused of making a false bomb threat at Yankton High School has pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and will not spend time in jail as long as he stays out of trouble. 

Tanner Termansen initially faced a much more serious felony charge with a maximum sentence of two years in prison and a $4,000 fine. 

Termansen was given a 14-day suspended jail sentence and fined $166.
