A group of bicyclists’ spent their Fourth of July weekend continuing their trek across America.
The group arrived at the AsburyUnitedMethodistChurch in Sioux Falls Saturday after biking 89 miles from Spirit Lake, Iowa.
The cyclists began the journey in Atlantic CityNew Jersey a four weeks ago; Saturday they stopped to get some much needed rest before heading back out on the road to complete their mission across the country.
The group is raising money and awareness for the FullerCenter for Housing, by making nine stops along their journey to help families build and repair homes.
Sunday the group will hit the road once again. They will eventually stop at the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation to help with home building projects
