An inmate reported missing in the Yankton area earlier this month is now back in custody.
Michael LeClaire was arrested Wednesday night in Yankton, according to the South Dakota Department of Corrections.
He had been missing since he failed to return to work release on Jan. 7.
Authorities in Yankton are asking the public to keep an eye out an inmate who did not return from his work release job.
Thirty-four-year-old Michael LeClaire failed to return to the Yankton Community Work Center after his work release on Monday, according to the South Dakota Department of Corrections.
LeClaire is a minimum-security inmate serving time for his 4th DWI out of Roberts County.
Authorities described LeClaire as a Native American man, about 6'2" tall, and weighs around 200 pounds. If you see him, you're asked to contact law enforcement.
