UPDATE: Missing, endangered teenager found safe

Authorities say a missing and endangered teenager has been found safe.


Authorities are asking for the public's help finding a teenager they say is missing and endangered.

According to the Minnehaha County Sheriff's Office, 16-year-old Aleksandr Justus Carver was last seen at his home in Garretson around midnight Wednesday. He has been without his required medications.

Aleksandr is described as 5'7" tall, 125 pounds with blue eyes and sandy blonde hair. It is unknown what he is wearing.

Authorities said he may have been in the Devil's Gulch area, according to information from his cell phone.
