Authorities searching for two men wanted in kidnapping, assault

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Authorities in Sioux Falls are searching for two men wanted for aggravated assault and kidnapping.

Lt. Michael Colwill with the Sioux Falls Police Department said the incident may have occurred near South West Avenue and West Sioux Street on Monday.

Two of the four men wanted in the incident have been arrested - 56-year-old James Oliver Hanna, from Sioux Falls, and 38-year-old Robert Allen Fitzler, from Montrose. Both men were wanted for first-degree kidnapping and aggravated assault.

Colwill said the Sioux Falls Police Department and the Minnehaha County Warrant Task Force are still searching for 38-year-old Ronald Lee Webb and 35-year-old Christopher Allen Yahola. Both men are from Sioux Falls and both wanted for first-degree kidnapping and aggravated assault.

Authorities have identified a 38-year-old man from Sioux Falls as the victim.

The Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public's assistance in locating two suspects wanted for kidnapping.

Ronald Webb and Robert Fitzler are both wanted for first-degree kidnapping.

Authorities have not disclosed any details on the incident.
