'Bikes & Babes' poker run raises funds for Children's Miracle Network

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KSFY) - J & L Harley-Davidson teamed up with the Sanford Children's Hospital to help raise money for Children's Miracle Network.

The annual "Bikes & Babes" poker run kicked off Saturday afternoon, and included a stop at the final day of RibFest.

Everyone who rode in the event helped to support kids with serious illnesses in the community.

"There's a big stigma around bikers, some people think that they're not very nice, and you see events like this and everyone comes together to give back to local kids, which is just phenomenal," Bethany Olson with Children's Miracle Network said.

This was the 12th year of the "Bikes & Babes" poker run, a tradition many are excited to continue for years to come.
