BRANDON, S.D. (KSFY) - A group of professionals from the Sioux Falls area gathered at Brandon Valley High School to teach students about an important business concept - ethics.
The Junior Achievement "Excelling Through Ethics" program teaches students that ethical behavior is essential to their futures.
Jenne VanWesten, Brandon Junior Achievement board chairman, said "bringing business people in to talk about our experiences, whether that was in school or starting out in our professional careers, helps students and guides them toward making better decisions now.
Students at Brandon Valley spent the entire day working through the program. The goal of Junior Achievement is to prepare young people to succeed in a global economy.
