Def Leppard, Journey to play in Sioux Falls this summer

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - The Denny Sanford PREMIER Center tweeted Friday morning that the two bands will make a stop on their North American Tour in Sioux Falls.

The concert will be held Wednesday, July 18th. Tickets will go on sale February 3rd at 10:00 AM. They will cost between $49.50 and $179.50. Tickets can be purchased at the box office or online at or by calling 800-745-3000.

According to Journey's website, the bands will play in 58 different cities. Half of the shows will be closed by Journey and the other half by Def Leppard. Some of the concerts will be played in an arena and a handful in stadiums across the nation.

Def Leppard made a stop at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center with Poison and Tesla in April of 2017.

The last time Journey was in Sioux Falls was with the Doobie Brothers in 2016.

Journey and Def Leppard's North American tour in 2018 will begin in May.
