Rep. Dusty Johnson says he won't receive pay as partial government shutdown continues

WASHINGTON (Gray DC) -- Rep. Dusty Johnson (R-SD) says he wants the government to reopen, and until it does, he says he won't take a paycheck. He wants to be treated like the other federal workers who are missing pay.

Republicans, Democrats and the White House are in a standoff as this shutdown nears becoming the longest in history.
