SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KSFY) - Ode to Food & Drinks has several St. Patrick's Day features added to their menu from now until March 16th.
Some of the Irish dishes you can try are the St. Paddy's Melt which has ground beef, bacon, grilled onions, with a Jameson Irish whiskey glaze all served on a pretzel bun. Another dish is Fish 'n Chips which is Guinness battered and served with an Irish Curry sauce, traditional corned beef and cabbage spring rolls, Guinness brined pork chop, and Irish whiskey and Bailey's creme brulee.
They also feature some Irish drink specials from a Proper Ginger made with Proper No. 12 Irish whiskey, Flannery's Irish Coffee made with Jameson; Zesty Irishman made with Hellcat Maggie's Irish whiskey, and Guinness.
Coming up later in the month on March 26th, Chef Bob's off the menu courses will be prepared exclusively for a wine dinner. Tickets are $75.
Ode to Food & Drinks is open Monday through Wednesday 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Thursday and Friday 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
