WOODBURY COUNTY, Iowa (KSFY) - Authorities in northwest Iowa say no one was injured in a school bus-train crash Wednesday morning.

The Woodbury County Sheriff's Office said the accident happened around 7:30 a.m. in Salix. A school bus stalled on the tracks westbound on 275th Street just west of County Road K45.

The driver and the one passenger on board got out before the train came southbound, hitting the back of the bus and spinning it about 180 degrees, authorities said.

The train conductor was also not injured.

The Iowa State Patrol is investigating the crash.
