A new study has found South Dakota is one of the best states in the country for drivers.
South Dakota ranked 9th in the nation in a newly-released study by the consumer finance website Bankrate.com.
The study analyzed states on a variety of factors, including safety scores, road conditions, and automobile cost-of-ownership.
Other states in the Upper Midwest also performed well. North Dakota was number one overall. Iowa was ranked second, Minnesota came in fourth, and Nebraska was fifth.
