Sioux Falls, SD (KSFY) Two South Dakota natives are painting murals all over the country as part of their social media movement 'The Kind Way'.
Founders Rebekah Rinehart and Sarah Nelson have added a new kindness mural to the Empire Mall Food Court Saturday in Sioux Falls.
“We're really happy and honored to be in our home state, we hope it resonates with the community quite well and we're excited to see all of the tags and pictures of friends and family and people around Sioux falls area and the state of South Dakota and visitors and seeing what kindness is to them,” Founder Rebekah Rinehart said.
The goal of the project is to take a picture in front of the mural and share it with a caption about what kindness means to you.
These kindness murals are already in Nashville and Chicago. They also are planning to paint kindness murals in Dallas, Minneapolis and Denver over the next few months.
