BRANDON, S.D. (KSFY) - Valentine's Day is right around the corner and gifting something South Dakota made is always an idea. The Warehouse in Brandon has been around since 2011 and some vendors, including Kori Baade, are offering Valentine's Day gifts for shoppers.
"I have been doing crafts for many, many years. It's a side thing I do after my job," Baade said.
She is the executive director of the Sioux Falls Area Humane
Society, on the side, she gets to show off her artistic talents.
"I do a lot of piggy banks. I do a lot of personalized items. I make a lot of wood signs," she said.
She offers a lot of Valentine's Day bouquets as well.
Scott Moe and his wife Cheryl own and operate The Warehouse.
"We are excited when we have customers like Kori who bring in different seasonal items," Scott said.
Eighty vendors utilize the space.
"We are right off interstate. We have had people visit from every state in the United States and a lot of foreign countries," he said.
