Tight fit: Workers will giant tree through South Dakota Capitol doors

The biggest Christmas tree at the South Dakota Capitol building in Pierre is nearly 30 feet tall, but the door to get in is only about a third of that. So how do they get it in?

The South Dakota Department of Agriculture livestreamed the effort to get the tree into the building. It turns out, it is pretty much a matter of manpower. More than a dozen people worked together to pull and push the tree into the building using ropes.

Officials say the tree will be a centerpiece to the Christmas at the Capitol display. Each year, dozens of trees are lit up around the Capitol building. This year's lighting ceremony takes place November 21.
