Pence speaks at Noem rally in Rapid City

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KSFY) - Vice President Mike Pence headlined a "Get Out The Vote" rally for Republican gubernatorial candidate Kristi Noem a day before the election.

The event was scheduled for Monday in Rapid City at the West Jet Air Center, Hangar 4 located at 4160 Fire Station Rd.

Pence, along with Sen. Cory Gardner from Colorado and Sen. Lindsey Graham from South Carolina, spoke to about 1,500 Republicans.

Noem told KOTA that Pence offered to come to Rapid City for the rally.

Back in September, President Donald Trump spoke in Sioux Falls at a fundraising event for Noem.

She will take on Democrat Billie Sutton in the race for South Dakota governor on Tuesday.
