WATERTOWN, S.D. - The city of Watertown has completed plowing, sanding highways and emergency snow routes as of 11 a.m. today.
Officials said weather conditions have deteriorated which would put plow crews at risk.
While snow plowing operations are discontinued until further notice, an emergency crew of street department workers will remain available to help first responders.
Watertown Mayor Sarah Caron said no travel is still advised in area, including the city of Watertown.
