1/4 cup Italian dressing
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon peanut oil
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1 (8-ounce) package mixed greens
2 cups cooked chunked chicken
1 pear, cored and thinly sliced
1/4 cup dark pitted cherries, drained
DirectionsIn a small saucepan over low heat, combine Italian dressing, honey, syrup, oil, and walnuts; heat 5 minutes, or until warmed.
Place greens on a large platter. Top with chicken, pear slices, and cherries. Pour dressing over salad, toss gently, and serve immediately.
